Who remembers the Leningrad Cowboy’s bar in Helsinki?

Nope. Don’t even wonder. This is wrong. Just look at his poor face.

To measure the awesomeness that is SXSW, Tracx, a social media management system, created an infographic of the SXSW aftermath, which quantifies the good time attendees had at the event. Which speakers/keynotes were most talked about? Which parties were most popular? Which influencers/thought leaders tweeted/posted the most? Which brands and campaigns generated the most buzz?

Three Greek Gods Greek Yogurt with Honey

Three Greek Gods Greek Yogurt with Honey

I’ve been trolling the wonderful world of Pinterest (http://pinterest.com/rhondarice) for foodie ideas and found some healthy smoothies while I was at it. This morning Three Greek Gods (http://www.3greekgods.com) decided it was high time the world enjoyed a great greek yogurt with honey. I really love this yogurt, especially in smoothies so I added it to this morning’s concoction.

Since I’m a solo act I used my Magic Bullet mixer. It’s mini enough for just me and cleanup is a breeze. I layered in chopped organic spinach, organic blueberries, a squeeze of fresh orange, 365 Organic Flax & Honey Twigs, a bit of Almond Milk, and water. All you have to do from there is cap it and pulse away. It was a quick solution for breakfast and worked for me with a slice of Whole Foods Market Seeduction bread. I’m absolutely nutty about this breakfast combo. Cheers!
